4. Inquiries and quotations

Inquiry forms and email correspondence initiate a commercial dialogue only. Submission of an inquiry does not create a binding contract. A supply relationship is formed only when both parties agree to written commercial terms — including product scope, pricing, delivery schedule, and payment conditions.

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quotation document. We reserve the right to revise pricing where manufacturer costs, currency fluctuations, or supply-chain conditions change materially before order confirmation.

5. Orders and supply

Confirmed orders are subject to product availability, agreed lead times, and the specific terms set out in the relevant purchase order, framework agreement, or supply contract. Staged deliveries will follow the release schedule agreed at order confirmation.

The buyer is responsible for verifying quantities, specifications, and packing lists upon delivery. Discrepancies must be reported in writing within five business days of receipt unless a different period is agreed in the supply contract.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and delivery charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment terms are as agreed in the commercial contract. Late payment may result in suspension of further deliveries and accrual of statutory interest under applicable Spanish commercial law.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery terms (Incoterms or equivalent) are specified in each commercial agreement. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer in accordance with those agreed terms. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs holds, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Product warranties

Products are supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty where applicable. We do not extend warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer unless expressly agreed in writing. Installation, commissioning, and compliance with local building regulations remain the responsibility of the buyer and their appointed contractors.

9. Returns and claims

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorisation and in accordance with the agreed returns policy. Custom-indented or specially procured items may not be returnable. Claims for defective or non-conforming goods must include supporting documentation and be submitted within the timeframe specified in the supply agreement.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of OCEAN FAN MARKETING S.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use or supply relationships, including loss of profit, project delay, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability under any supply agreement is limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
